Video: humans contribute only 3-4% of atmospheric CO2

great video.

That 3%-4% claim is extremely common, and even honest but naive people get suckered by it. Understanding the difference between accumulated CO2 and "flux" CO2 (the amount that goes into the atmosphere on any given day/year is critical and something most of our high school grads sadly are ill-equipped to grasp.

To anyone who hasn't already, please check out the rest of that guy's videos. He does very thorough research, and not only cites his sources, but shows what is wrong with other people's sources.

Does he have on on the human influence on the populations of bovines, big generators of methane, and the reduced capacity of plants reclaiming CO2 generated by human activity? I wonder what happens when permafrost begins to melt.

Mostly, he spends time debunking specific claims, both from the science denialists on the right, to certain celebrities and members of the media who are scientifically illiterate and blow things out of proportion.

Mostly, though, Potholer's videos are worth watching because he does such thorough research.

So why not tell the whole story rather than just picking a number claimed and debunking it in one or two dimensions making him look good to the opposite sex (pick your own object).
