A video has surfaced showing one of Dallas’ finest terrorizing a 14-year-old boy by threatening to break his “fucking neck” if he didn’t “shut the fuck up” in what the officer is referring to as round of “verbal judo.”

Don't worry guys, after a 3 day paid vacation Officer Rossi is back on the job and doing fine.
