The EU pouring millions into construction in Area C--area which is administered by Israel, you need Israeli construction permits to build. Of course the EU doesn't even try to get them. This is millions purely for propaganda.

There's also the issue of Area C designation being part of the Oslo Accords which are no longer in force. Also, Israel's control of Area C lands would only have been valid for 18 months during the transition to Palestinian rule.

Israel has no legitimate authority there except for the Might Makes Right kind.

Even assuming you are accurate (and given your record, that is a big assumption), "most everything" is a tacit admission Israel is building structures in Area A.
