Why would there be? There is nothing to suggest Hilary will be jailed.
Can't the US president just put people in jail for no reason? I thought Bush and Obama were up to such things, no? Just call her a terrorist or something.
It will be tough for him to heal the divide in the nation while simultaneously working to jail the person whom the majority of the nation decided should hold his job. I think his pledge to jail Clinton will go the way of his pledge to sue the women who accused him of sexual assault and his pledge to build a wall along the Mexican border and his pledge to grow the US economy and his pledge to bring back jobs which have been lost overseas and his pledge to make America great again.

Evidence to build a case would be required with exception of Guantanamo. The burden of proof would be with the accuser.
