This could (and should) be the end of Kavanaugh.......

According to reports in The Guardian, the Huffington Post and Above the Law, Amy Chua, a professor at the law school, would advise students on their physical appearance if they wanted to seek a clerkship for Kavanaugh. Specifically, Chua would help potential applicants to have a "model-like" appearance.

In a letter Thursday to the law school community, Yale Law School Dean Heather Gerken wrote that she wanted to "address the press reports today regarding allegations of faculty misconduct" and that "the allegations being reported are of enormous concern to me and to the School."

Nope. Nothing is going to stop the rethuglican junta. They are going to install Bullshittin' Brett; he is the only available option who endorses making Presidents above the law, which is the primary concern. Fuck the "rule of law". Gotta have the orange moron in place!

See, this is the drip-drip-drip which comes out after someone has the initial courage to speak up about a sexual assault allegation. Others see that they're not alone and it goes from "isolated incident" to "pattern of behaviour". It's why they shouldn't rush through the nomination and should instead take the time to find out all the facts before proceeding - or they really need to rush through the nomination before even more facts come out, depending on your point of view.

This confirmation has already taken the longest ever and we have seen more paper work by him than every SCOTUS nominee before him! Therefore confirm him or you are just a libtard delaying this for mere political reasons.

Yes, because if it happened once, it probably happened again. Once a victim is courageous enough to speak out, other victims find their courage.
