Transnistria is ethnically russian-ukrainian.Russia has some troops in Transnistria to "protect" pro-Russian people there.
Why not say that it's ethnically Jewish-Ukranian? Or Moldovolain-Ukranian? The country is 48% Ukranian. It's only 8.5% Russian. That's about equal to it's Jewish population.
