One cool little tidbit/tidbyte is in regards to these attacks on data centers. For Ukraine, data is backed up in Europe. Microsoft, and AWS has provided hosting to Ukraine gratis.
In Russia? Russia being Russia has a law that data cannot be stored outside the country and over 80% of data centers in Russia are concentrated in the Moscow/St Petersburg areas. This creates the potential for loss of data in its entirety depending on the location of backup data and for smaller companies, that their backups are even up to date. And Russia of course has put the onus on the data companies to protect their facilities.
Can Russia loosen these restrictions and permit data storage in friendly countries? Don't hold your breath.
Then of course there is the cost and scarcity of hardware for Russia to purchase. Building of new data centers is already down significantly. Now there is the additional burden of repairing what they already have.
