How should west respond to potential (likely) Russian invasion of Ukraine?

Level of brainwashing here is simply amazing.
In any case, perhaps a breakup of the world order that has lasted, more or less with stability, for eighty years was to be expected at some point anyway
30 years, not 80.
2025 - 1945 = 80 years.

Using real math not Russian propaganda math.
Nope
2025-1991=~30 years.
The end of WWII is where the west marks the start of the post war global order. International trade by rules and courts, not war.

Anchored by the US with the western allies. Maintaining free travel and movement of cargo on the sea and in the air. The western alliance maintained freedom of travel in international waters and air space allowing the rise of the modern economies,

Russia and China resisted. Russia collapsed economically as did China, but China changed and embraced the global economy and benefited.

Putin still has the same old anti west attitude, and Russia suffers for it.

This is utterly imbecilic thing to say. Putin is merely against the western attitude that they are the bosses of the universe.
And it is actually western scum still has the same old anti Russia attitude.

Oh, no! Green Goblin decided to double down and take on on Lindsey Graham.
Popcorn sales in Russia are through the roof!
Who will be next? Biden? :D

Except For Russia, Cuba, China, etc.
The stated goal of Russian and Chinese communism was theviolent overthrow of the westrn systems and replace then with communism. I read Trotsky's History Of The Russian Revolution.

Neither China nor Russia wanted to be art of the western economic system ideologically.

Stalin tried that with Soviet client states. communism by force and it failed.

Castro post revolution decided to go with Russia and Cuba became a Soviet welfare state. When Russia collapsed Cuba had nothing.

Ukraine kicked out the pro Russian present, got corruption under control, was growing an economy, and establishing economic ties with Europe instead of Russia. Unacceptable to Putin and he invaded.

Ukraine made a free choice. Putin keeps blaming the west for Russia's troubles. Many or most of the forer Sovies states chose the EU and NATO over Russia.

LOL, And Trotsky was murderd for exactly that by ..... Soviet Regime.
Irony is, Trotsky followers are actually running EU.
So you got everything upside down. You are so weak, it's not even funny.

Double Irony here is that, I myself is not against EU (officially) stated high goals, it's just their corruption and methods which I do not accept.

Some Anti DeepState commentators which I watch say that this debacle was all theater and US government is still committed to the old plan of destruction of Russia. It maybe so overall, but on idividual levels, I think J.D. Vance I think i genuinely pissed off at this Ukraine&Elensky business. Gabbard, also, I don't think she will ever go along with the old plan.
Don't know much about FBI guy. We probably have 2 years to wrap this up, before J.D. Vance runs for POTUS.
He needs success.

So, according to ABC (I think) poll more that 1/3 of americans consider Russia ..... a friend of US.
What do you, Russia haters, have to say about that?
.....

In other poll, more that 1/3 of americans reported that they don't watch CNN.

Ukraine aside, I don't think the average American today knows or cares much about Russia . We her and see little from Russia. Russian media is controlled and foreign reporters are not able to openly question Russians.

On the other hand we hear from Japan, India, China, South Korea, Australia and elsewhere.

Here in Seattle we have a lot of Asian tourism. The tourism goes both ways, Who wants to go to a dismal Russia?

Over here we are aware of many foreign cultures and there are many migrants so we get exposed to global cultures.

Not so much Russia.

In my senior building I live in there are retired people from around the world who cam here tto live and retired. Across the hall from me is a retired Chinese couple. One of my friends in the building is a Japanese woman.

Russia to me is a backwards isolated country. It has little anyone is interested in. Putin keeps Russia in the past while the word moves on. The tiresome the wet is out to get us cliche. Nobody relaly gves a shit about Russia as long as it stays within its borders and does not threaten anyone.

If Putin does take over Ukraine it changes nothing. It does not make Russia more secure and it oies not improve the lives of Russians.

The only thing Russia has of consequence is nuclear weapons. Putin is desperate to be seen as equivalent to the USA, not even close.

People express seventeens with their feet. People want to move to USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Scandinavia. Nobody wants to move to Russia. Your population is declining and without immigration you will lose economic growth. It is inevitable.

Speaking of cursing, here is is a moment where
Elensky calls J.D. Vance (US military veteran) a bitch in russian.
I would never have imagined hearing "сука блядь" in the Oval office.

After watching it few times I change my conclusion from it being simple interjection back to calling Vance a bitch. Green Goblin did in fact call J.D. Vance a bitch.
That's not good for Green Goblin.

USA has given much more overall.

Given that Europe has given more to Ukraine than the US, what do you mean by this statement??

Here's from ChatGPT

Us has to date given
€114 billion
Military aid €66 billion

Europe €132 billion (mostly Russian frozen assets)
Military aid €11 billion

Europe has been absolute garbage at delivering the aid on time. Dragging their feet. USA delivers on time

Not to mention that US military hardware is a hell of a lot more valuable than European hardware. Per Euro spent

The war is in Europe. Its our immediate problem. So it makes sense that we pay more.

Toyota is preparing going back to Russia:

Well , Russia has never been able to make a decent car or commercial jet.

Sorry Barbos, again cosequnces of Putin's war.

No, Toyota is not returning to Russia as a car manufacturer, but they are continuing to support customers in Russia.
Explanation

In September 2022, Toyota closed its manufacturing plant in St. Petersburg, Russia.

On March 31, 2023, Toyota transferred ownership of the plant to the Russian Federal State Unitary Enterprise, NAMI.
Toyota is continuing to support customers in Russia by optimizing and restructuring their operations in Moscow.
Toyota is also offering assistance to employees for re-employment, re-skilling, and well-being.
Toyota was the first automaker to resume direct deliveries of spare parts to Russia at the end of 2022.
Toyota also allowed its dealers to parallel import spare parts that are subject to restrictions, such as electronics.

Toyota's decision to close its Russian manufacturing operations was due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
