Easy, look in the mirror.I wonder what must it be like to live unencumbered by reality, truth and morals?Maybe they should look at themselves for explanation?Well when people struggle to find any other reason for your ludicrous and often times offensive comments
I can't address recent history, but 50 years ago I did see Hungary and some of the other Iron Curtain countries. Hungary was very definitely a step up above Romania even without our run-in with an idiotic policeman. With regard to Hungary which came first, the poverty or the populism? Was Hungary a once thriving non populists mega economy that was destroyed by populism? Or did it become a shitty place to live for other reasons (like the US and other parts of the world now) causing public populism to take hold in politics? I think it is more the latter than the former but in the case of Hungary I'm not sure about the exact timeline.
They say communism and socialism are definitely inferior to free market unregulated capitalism and we can clearly see that difference between north and south Korea. But I'm not so sure about populism resulting in a poverty economy. If anything, history shows us that the populism of Nazi Germany became hugely successful as far as the German economy itself was concerned.
You have not convinced me yet Axulus, but I' still listening.
