So it's not an argument; It's a Trojan Horse by which he hopes to persuade you to allow into your mind the idea that you should support his crusade to tell strangers that they must conform to his opinions.

BTW here's an interview with Sky News Australia from 9 days ago talking about how the police had a problem with him in Brisbane:
Sky News seem to be fans of his though the major parties are against him.
He talks about "free speech". At the start he claims a trans activist posted pictures of bestiality and bondage.
About Trumpet of Patriots - now I'm remembering their ads about there being 2 genders, male and female but here he is apologising for it:

What if you were in a culture where everyone was fine with 9 year olds getting married? What if you rang the police and told them your concerns? Anyway the example is somewhat similar because it involves things like the consent of a child and possible harm. Conversative cultures including many in the US are often against the idea of transitioning children.

This has got to be your most assisine argument yet. Kids can't consent to being put in time out. They can't consent to a vaccine. So consent is the end all be all of everything. Doing anything and everything to a kid that they can't consent to should be made illegal? Otherwise allowing it is the same as allowing a disgusting man to have sex with them. You are STILL missing the point. This busybody should not get to have his opinion about OTHER PEOPLE'S LIVES taken seriously. He has no justification for being involved. None. It's not his business. At all.
His ability to imagine totally different and totally fictional scenarios in which he feels he might be justified in interferring does NOTHING to change that fact. It's utterly irrelevant. As is he, and his opinion.

It is something the child could change their mind about - like you can change your mind about a tattoo (which children can't consent to). Apparently "What we do know is that If children are free to go through puberty, at least 4 out of 5 kids will see their gender dysphoria just go away".

The billboard just claims that children can't consent to puberty blockers. I guess that implies he thinks it should be illegal since it just centers on what gender the child believes they are.
Well right now I'm playing the devil's advocate. I think Chris can be misguided at times. Sometimes I also play devil's advocate for Ken Ham. I think it can be useful understanding his point of view so that people can find the best counter-arguments. I mean their genuine arguments, not straw men.

For the record, and in case you missed it, I think that Chris's opinions are his alone, and he should fucking well keep them that way. I don't care what his opinions are. Nor should anyone else.

BTW I once asked Ken Ham in person about people who have an indeterminant sex. I think I asked him about how do you know what sex they are if they could be either. Sorry I can't seem to remember exactly what my question was or what he said.

Chris claims to be having "conversations". He says it is about "free speech" - in post #65 Sky News Australia also says that in their interview of him. It's not like he's passed any legislation that I'm aware of, like Trump, etc, where opinions have literally and legally been imposed on people. He seems to want to try and convince people of his opinions rather than assert that they have to unquestioningly copy his opinions (like the students can do).
Note that in the video with the police he said he just quietly stands around and people initiate the conversation rather than him initiating it - so it doesn't seem like he is imposing his opinions on other people like JWs or Mormons can (which go to your door and initiate the conversations).
