How should west respond to potential (likely) Russian invasion of Ukraine?

Macron admits "unprovoked agression" was a lie.
Sach of shit.
"Press TV (stylised as PRESSTV) is an Iranian state-owned news media organisation, owned by Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB)" (wikipedia)

I would strongly suggest that the report is far more likely to be an outright lie, than Macron is to have said any such thing.
You should actually read before commenting.
The source is Jeffrey Sachs, not the Iranians.
Iranians and Indian news simply reported on recent Sachs interview to inalian news where he named Macron as the one.
Iran says the source is Jeffrey Sachs. Doesn't make it so.

Macron was not present when Sachs was awarded. The award was given by the French ambassador in the embassy in New York. The link includes a photograph of the attendees. No Macron and Macron is not even mentioned.

Yay. More BS posted by Barbos.
Sachs did not say it happened during award.
So more BS posted from ziprhead
He allegedly said:

"Macron awarded me the Legion of Honor and said privately what he does not say publicly: the war is NATO's fault.

Try harder.
Well, he did award him that (President's decision) And he did tell him that privately later when Jeffrey met him in Europe.

So, try harder.
Really? When and where?

You seem to be bothered by it a lot.
I really don't care that much. I mean, I like the fact that it bothers you, but as far as truth concerned I have no doubt in my mind that all of them know that they lied when they said "unprovoked". One has to be incredibly retarded to believe in "unprovoked".

Different people have their different 'motherfuckers'. Why leave the others?
Trump is not a 'motherfucker' for me. What he is doing is within his rights.
US administration is throwing challenges to India. Modi likes challenges. They can be benefitial.
1. Tariffs may lead us to new businesses, new markets.
2. Work visas may make talent remain in India and prosper here, or they will find opportunities elsewhere.
As for the top guys, they can always opt for Godlen Card if they so desire. Satya Nadella was not interested in a green card.

India is inaugurating a new tax regime from tomorrow. Taxes on a wide range of items have been reduced - from cars, air-conditioners, washing machines, to clothes and shoes (which we were exporting to US). from 12 or 18% to just 5%. We have a huge buying population, 1.47 billion. Our villagers are not as poor as they once were. This will offset losses because of tariffs that may come into force after tax regimes are signed with EU or US (talks are progressing). It is not that we are without options.

Reuters said:
Russian Colonel General Alexander Lapin, a senior commander who served in the first phase of the Ukraine war, has been dismissed from military service

Lapin, 61, will be appointed as an aide of Tatarstan's head, responsible for support for veterans and their families
I give him until the first week of December before he falls out a window.

Will be good to see Candance Owens lose that lawsuit! Sure, blame Nato. Blame nuland. Russia blames everyone. Who cares? I want to stop the killing. And I want to prevent future war. Russia wants continuous war. They stated yesterday that they'd consider any non-Russian peacekeepers and enemy combatants and fair game. They want continuous war. Is that really okay with India? At some point, all countries are going to have to decide are we for continuous war; or peace.
How does our wants matter?

It's kinda my humanist approach. I want peace. I believe that the people who live in a land, should rule that land. I do not believe that countries should invade others because they used to occupy the land.

At the moment, only Putin can end the war. Trump has tried his best to stop war and get a Nobel Prize.
War is never OK with us, Modi has made it clear many a times. But ending war is not in our hands.

Again, I understand that people need to understand that India borders three dangerous imperialistic powers. I understand that you need to tread carefully with Russia. But personally, I think that Russia will continue their invasion until their economy is ruined. Until then, they will continue. If the entire world stopped buying their oil, their economy would collapse. I know that this would be a difficult task for India. Europe is still buying Russian oil.

'If we need to confront planes operating in Nato airspace without permission, we will,' UK's Cooper warns, as she says Putin risking armed confrontation with Nato
UK foreign secretary Yvette Cooper is up next.

She says Russia keeps “violating its most basic obligations under the UN Charter” with “escalating” attacks on Ukraine, and “reckless” acts of incursion into Polish, Romanian and Estonian airspace.

“These latest acts are dangerous and reckless.

At worst, they are a deliberate attempt to undermine the territorial integrity of sovereign nations and European security.

They risk miscalculation, they open the door to direct armed confrontation between Nato and Russia.”

This is actually the 4th time that Russians have invaded Estonia air space this year. Russians have no respect for borders whether on land, in the air, or at sea.

It is not an act of war to shoot down a foreign warplane flying in your nation's airspace without permission.

It is courteous to give a warning to the aircrew, ideally while they are in the act of violating your airspace. But if your warning was a general one, given to their country days earlier, that's sufficient courtesy in the case of repeated offending.

Tell Russia that the next Russian warplane to enter NATO airspace will be shot down with no further warning. Then do it.

If a NATO warplane crossed into Russian airspace, I would not be surprised or outraged if Russia tried to shoot it down. I would be surprised if they didn't.

NATO is involved in instigating Ukraine against Russia since before 2014. It is a NATO war imposed on Ukrainians and Russians.

Which three? China, Pakistan (yes, Pakistan tried to make Afghanistan a client state, but the Taliban proved smarter). Russia?
Ever looked at a map? Russia is far away from India.
Russia has always helped us, provided us the sircrafts, Helped us in our space and missile programs.

Poland closed China's trade route to Europe on the 12th of this month. As far as I can tell, it has not been reopened yet. All border crossings with Belarus are closed. That's cool.
Supposedly 25 billion euros flowed through the China-Europe Railway Express through Poland. I like it.
Europe needs what China sends. If Poland route is closed, the goods will go by some other route. Even US does. :)
