You can't blame Kremlin for playing by the rules you yourself created.
Having said that, Youtube apparently have rules of their own regarding youtubers being paid by the government.
And ukrainian propaganda apparently exempted from said rules.

As expected. Trump is a a seditious traitor. He is trying to sell out the US to Russia for his own enrichment and this should get him impeached again. It's unfortunate that impeachment does not include a firing squad because that's what he deserves for selling out the US for all of his bullshit. But it will never happen.
