I am seeing Scott Colomb ahead (by 28 votes) in <Checks Notes> Mississ <No, that can't be right; Checks Notes Again> Mississippi??
If Mississippi elects an African American Democratic Senator, 'historic' seems like too small a word to describe that.
The fact that it is even a close race is astonishing to me. And, I suspect, to Cindy Hyde-Smith, who must have seen defeat as inconceivable.
Of course, 28 votes isn't much. But that's with 97% reporting... It will presumably be a while before the final result is known.

Well it was nice to see Ohio and my district turn blue. Granted it was the Cuyahoga County portion of it that made it happen but I'll take what I can get. With Medina's population steadily increasing, it will be interesting to watch how it trends going forward.
Well, the Democratic part is. The previous two were Republicans.
