I've checked my male privilege and find it is in good working order. In fact, I have white male privilege, which is the best kind.

It's a privilege which does come at a cost, you know that high mortality rate from suicide, violent crime, workplace accidents, military conflict, yada, yada, yada. It's nature's way of weeding the weak, the slow, and those standing in the wrong place.

The point behind the questions is that it may not be as simple as having machines do the job instead of humans on current technology. Even then at some points said machines have to be made by humans. If those jobs aren't done, what happens to modern society?

Personally I think "check your privilege" is nothing more than a thought terminating cliché, attempting to substitute for a rational argument.
