As of today, we have two weeks to go to election day. It looks like Trump is doomed. The Democrats have a very good chance to retake the Senate. And to take a big chunk out of the GOP house.

I suspect the days following will get weird as hell. Areyou ready for this?

I hope that Trump will be hammered election day. However, no matter what, his wacky following will continue. I think that he'll split the republican party in two. Good riddance.

ABC poll indicates 13 pts for Clinton. That seems too good to be true. This should be a 50 state sweep, but parts of America have gone loopy. They are supporting a man who has donated more money to the Clinton Foundation than to Veteran causes. A man who spoke in defense of the Clintons, until the last couple of years. His campaign is one of the most hollow ever, yet it resonates with some people because they have been bred to like this sort of thing.

Based on the polls, there is still room for maybe a 15 pt victory for Clinton. It'll rely heavily on close tallies in TX and GA and blowouts in CA, IL, and NY. By about 8:00, Clinton should be in the lead and never look back. My primary bell weather will be NH, assuming Ohio and/or North Carolina are not called immediately. Overall, what to look for.

7 PM

Are Indiana and/or South Carolina too close to call or Georgia called for Clinton immediately? Likely Clinton blowout.
Indiana, South Carolina, Georgia are called for Trump out of the gate. Time to sweat a little.

7:30 PM

Ohio / North Carolina called for Clinton immediately? Clinton won the election, possible landslide.
Trump wins either state out of the gate... start looking for migration brochures for other nations.

8:00 PM

New Hampshire called for Trump immediately? Start packing your bags!
New Hampshire is my main bellweather (assuming NC and OH don't go for anyone immediately and are close). Exit poll data here can help indicate how big the margin of victory was. If NH is called immediately for Clinton, this helps push the narrative that the election is won and the margin will be healthy. We want at least 10 pts, which would be very high keeping in mind that NH is a libertarian loving state, which means they didn't bite on Trump.

By 8 PM we should have a good feel for where things stand.

And we must remember, the magic number is 196. Trump isn't winning a state on the west coast, so if Clinton crosses 196 any time before 11 PM, it is over.

I can't stand it that my state, good ol' Ohio, is a toss-up. If we go in the Skidmark's column, I will never think of this place the same -- we'll be a northern version of Alabama. And, yes, it's heaviest in the southern deck of the state, under I-70, where the Appalachian accent kicks in. But it's still MY state, and it hurts, goddammit.

It sure does hurt. That other states have seen Trump for what he is and Ohio is still sitting on the fence. It's embarrassing.
To drive around and see all these Trump signs, some made with their own loving hands, and nary a Clinton sign to be found. Shameful.
After all the bad press that has come out about this reprehensible individual, so many Ohioans are still saying, hand him the keys. Absolutely deplorable.

I was driving through rural Sandusky county and saw 18 Trump signs, 3 Clinton signs, 2 Johnson, 1 Perot (?). Mind you, that was a good long drive of 15 miles. My 4 mile commute in Summit County, 11 Clinton, 2 Trump, 1 Johnson. It is possible Ohio still goes to Trump, but he easily loses the election. Rust belt voters seem to like him.

I'll be glad to see this election over with. Can't enjoy a good NFL game without political attack ads.

Tell me about it - I just had to kiss and make up (virtuallly) with a longtime friend/combat medic who has been spamming FB for Trump. Pissed him off mightily when I started responding to his posts with stuff like "6 incredible minutes of Trump contradicting himself".

I'm now resolved to hold my tongue for two weeks - at least in public places like FB.

Had a field co-worker inform me about Hillary's health issues. He had asked me who I wanted to win. I'm thinking to myself 'must keep this clinical and boring!'. He is has to be voting Trump, but I made absolutely no case against Trump. Just stated this is a one horse race and we'll likely know how it will end by around 8:00.

It looks like Harry Reid will go to the nuclear option if the Democrats retake the Senate. Ending current filibuster rules in regards to Supreme Court nominations. If this indeed happens, the bellows of rage from the reactionary right will be defining. This will be worth watching.

Yeah. If I was watching a political show, I'd have less of a problem with them.

I just hope they don't find a way to get political ads in (TES5) Skyrim or Fallout 4.

Wow. If Schumer goes that route it will be popcorn-worthy indeed!
