Female Privilege Takes a Hit

This isn't an attempt to use female privilege. This isn't toxic femininity. This is just a lady being an asshat and police having to deal with her.

Yes, and moreover, this is probably the first time ever in the history of this forum that someone has tried to take a specific incident involving a specific individual and generalize it into some broadsweeping comment about the asshat-in-question's identity group.

You win.

When women do bad things, they are not usually doing those things as representatives of their gender. This sometimes escapes the notice of people (not only men) who comment on their behavior.

As for the OP, I think that the thread-starter's reaction to this incident was an excellent example of how people can stereotype women who are in positions of power. Ironically, the irate politician is someone who worked for Hillary Clinton, who was also a victim of that kind of double standard in public perception. Women are not supposed to be assertive bullies. Men--our current President being a prime example--can be assertive and domineering all the time, and a large segment of the public will instinctively react by applauding them. They are supposed to behave that way. Women aren't. So, even though there was nothing on the tape about gender being an issue in this incident, the author of the OP saw the gender of the bully as something that needed to be pointed out.
Well said - a good example of gender bias.

Who is Caren Turner and why did she become the focus of a viral dashcam video?

While the video shows her haranguing police over the traffic stop, dropping the names of elected officials she knew, and her position as a Port Authority commissioner who oversees 4,000 police officers, the Tenafly police did not charge her with obstruction. But the chief of police made a call to the Port Authority's Inspector General, which led to an internal investigation and ultimately her resignation.

Is is not time for a national conversation on toxic femininity?

Ha ha! You're so obtuse. A woman has a hissy fit and you immediately attempt to make it about "toxic femininity" because the person involved, gulp, has a vagina. It's posts like this that quickly let everyone see through your clever ruse that you're at all concerned about such things. You just hate women. Go back to 4chan, where they'll listen to your prattling about your incel movement.
