People are accusing him of being racist just because he was caught on video doing and saying racist things. Local reporters have given him multiple opportunities to apologize for his racist behavior and he has declined.

So what do the evil Social Justice Warriors do? They spread video evidence of him being racist all over the Internet. His life is now ruined. He's going to lose his business and he'll never be able to work in that town again. Oh, it's not his fault for doing racist things, it's those evil libtards' fault for spreading video evidence of his racism on the Internet.

The premise of guaranteed free speech for all is tolerating what you do not like. Doesn't mean you can not aggressively oppose racist speech, but social vigilantism is a threat to all.

Choosing not to patronize a business and intentionally working to destroy someone's livelihood are two different things. There was a a food truck business started by couple of women in Ca. They sold Mexican food. They were hounded out of business on social media for 'cultural appropriation'. That sounds more like Cuban cultural thought police than the USA.

You are changing the subject. We aren't talking about that incident. We are talking about the one where a racist asshat spouted racism, and people communicated the facts of the incident in full context. There's a huge and important difference between "she is serving food she enjoys from a culture that she didn't grow up in" and judging someone for it (not acceptable) and "that guy said clearly racist shit that violates the social contract of neutrality and anti-tribalism" (very acceptable).

When you violate the founding idea that makes society work (that we are all just people and should try to work towards a better future for all), you open yourself to exclusion from the contract. There is nothing similar between these scenarios
