I got a flier from my landlord saying we are not allowed to smoke pot in my building. I wonder if that is legal. Can rental buildings enforce smoking and drinking bans?

I once had guys smoking pot in the apartment beneath me and my stomach did not like the smoke at all. It does not like cigarette smoke either. So I am on a side of no smoking of anything on rental property
