The numbers come lots of different cities, not just Portland.

Portland is not the only city with a left-wing DA. There have been a lot of them elected recently. Like Gascon in LA (who refuses to prosecute 17 year old gang enforcers as adults) or terrorist spawn Chesa Boudin in SF. St. Louis also recently elected a left-wing radical as DA.

Prosecutors can't prosecute if the police don't provide them with the evidence.

Protesters Shout at New York Diners at Taqueria 'Owned by F***ing White Men'

The crowd repeats his chants as he starts with, "stay the f--- out of New York!" before going on to say "we don't want you here," and, "we don't want your f***ing money."

He then shouts, "we don't want your f***ing taquerias...owned by f***ing white men." He repeats a shout from the crowd of supporters , chanting, "tip 30 percent," a quip which prompted laughter and cheering from some in the crowd.

And in Minneapolis.

The placard at the entrance of George Floyd Square in Minnesota calls it “a sacred space for community, public grief, and protest,” telling visitors to “honor the space as a place to connect and grieve as caring humans.”

But most of the instructions are listed under five orders “for white people in particular.”

It is disgraceful that Minneapolis allows this occupation to go on.

Since testimony began on March 29, at least 64 people have died at the hands of law enforcement nationwide, with Black and Latino people representing more than half of the dead. As of Saturday, the average was more than three killings a day.

That's 64 people who won't be holding up traffic and yelling and screaming, so I guess that's a good thing, right Derec?.
