And she still falsely calls it a "murder". That's outright libelous.

I remember back during the 2020 campaign both Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren also called it "murder" even though as lawyers (and Kamala a DA/AG even!) they should know better. Well, the same lack of plausible deniability of knowing better also applies to Tlaib. And it's been 12 years, woman! Let it go already. You are not even from the same state.

Well, I remember lies about Brown breaking the officers orbital bone to insist that the assault on the officer was brutal and lethal self-defense was clearly justified.

What happened in Ferguson was very gray, not black and white. What happened was because of a needlessly adversarial police to citizens relationship. Brown doesn't have to of been 100% innocent to deserve to still be alive.

Coming from someone who routinely brings up the Crystal Mangum case (2006), this is hysterically ironic. At least it has been 10 years since you last mentioned Francine Hughes (who murdered her husband in 1977).

I can't imagine anyone riding the same fucking hobby horse for over a decade like this Congresswoman is doing. This is unprecedented.
Your sarcasm is noted, as is your focusing on the poster rather than on a federal legislator continuing to libel a police officer.

BENGHAZI!!!!!!!
Are you ok? Serious question. You are giving

Perhaps your crocodile tears blur the possibility that the libeled police officer can sue.

We all know that immediately after something like this happens a lot of rumors start twirling, including the "hands up" nonsense. Sure, Brown did not break any bones, but he did attack Wilson. A police officer doesn't have to wait until the perp literally breaks his facial bones in order to be allowed to use lethal force.

Not really. We have a young man who robbed a convenience store and then attacked a police officer. He was shot dead. The lie about him raising his hands up in surrender infuriated the mob which then proceeded to burn, loot and generally riot. This then repeated itself months later when the grand jury rightly decided not to indict the officer and Brown's mother's boyfriend called for the mob to "burn this bitch down". The likes of Ben Crump and Al Sharpton fanned the flames of racial hatred with their bloviating. Btw, they are still at it - for example, they are now exploiting the tragic drowning death of Nolan Wells for their own purposes.

So, to sum up: the Michael Brown shooting was justified - not gray. The looting/burning/rioting was not justified - not gray. Not indicting the officer was right - not gray. Inciting racial hatred is not justified - not gray. #BLM repeating similar rioting in Baltimore, Charlotte etc. was not justified - not gray.
What happened was because of a needlessly adversarial police to citizens relationship.
And I say that the race warriors like the #BLM activists and people like Crump and Sharpton are principally responsible for this relationship.
Brown doesn't have to of been 100% innocent to deserve to still be alive.
All he had to do was stop advancing after initially fleeing. Then the only damage would have been the graze wound on his thumb and a trip to the county jail for assault and robbery charges.

"Routinely" is quite an exaggeration. I bring it up occasionally simply because it how well it demonstrates the anti-white, anti-male biases in much of academia and media, not to mention on this very forum. The "Group of 88" Duke professors as well as vitriol being spewed by CNN anchors like Nancy (dis)Grace were type specimens for this kind of thing. There have been other cases, like the fake rape report by Jackie Coakley at UV, but none of them reach the levels of insanity of the Duke Lacrosse witch hunt. And unlike Tlaib, I did not libel anybody.
And for the record, you brought it up this time. So don't count it.

Unlike with Michael Brown, Hughes actually murdered somebody. Her victim was asleep and she wasn't defending herself.
And I only brought up her case once, when the evil bitch died 40 years too late.

Yeah, the death penalty is reserved for treason, premeditated murder, and being slightly annoying to a police officer.
After all these years, you still fail to comprehend the difference between death penalty (a judicial punishment) and shooting somebody in self defense.

LOL - you bring up another hobby horse to double the irony.

I think an archive search will show more.

I seem to recall that in 2015 (1 year after the tragedy) the DOJ found the Ferguson Police Department had a pattern of misconduct against black people.

Where by "hung up", you mean that she tweeted about it on the anniversary. And then you made a post about that tweet on your own social media. Would you describe yourself as "hung up" on Rashida Tlaib? Why or why not?

Hey guys, remember those two witnesses who were calling over to the police officers setting up the crime scene tape, saying “ His hands were up!” and gesturing with their own hands and arms indicating Brown’s hands were at shoulder level and away from his sides when he was shot?

Remember how the video recording of those witnesses was repeatedly posted here?

Derec doesn’t.

I've gotta say - I give you a lot of respect on how you are always the victim. Mate, that takes talent.

The wrong talent, but talent nevertheless.

Seeing as I have to spell it out for you - let me spell it out for you.

If politicians find something that resonates with their base, they are going going to keep on using it. For example how FOX kept on saying "BENGHAZI!!!". Or the famous "Whitewater" crap. Or if you want a domestic example, everyone saying "Never ever" (in reference to Howard that worthless cunt). Fuck, that phrase even came up when Abott got grilled over workchoices.

So my point is politicians do this all the time. From the left and the right. But you chose Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib's post to be outraged about this. You chose her specifically.

Why is that?
