OK, I just thought of this one and it is unlikely that it can be solved analytically, but it can numerically. Of course one would need some initial conditions and boundaries to do so.

How about boundaries of -1 to 1 for both x and y. Let F(0,0)=1, and dF/dx=0, dF/dy=0. Do we need initial boundaries for second derivatives?

If those conditions don’t work, put in you own and see what you can get. I’d just like to see some interesting plots.
