Do you know how many “separate things” are in a single broccoli floret?
Some of the major groups (some of which include dozens of similar compounds) include phenolic compounds (such as flavonoids, tannins, and hydroxycinnamic acids), glucosinolates (with at least 12 individual types identified in florets across multiple genotypes), carotenoids, chlorophylls etc, most of which are far more dissimilar than are the 23 polysaccharides in Prevnar 23.
So -What’s your point?
