I'm not a baker. I'm just not. But if I was, I would probably try this out. Maybe not the lavender part, though.
Oh man. So. I ran out of butter baking coffeecake (with backyard pears + lavender) for tomorrow's neighbor porch coffee, so I subbed bacon grease for some of the butter in the topping, and this sh*t is killer.
