She will do less harm in Washington than she and her money would do in Michigan.
Interesting comment from a Facebook friend who supports Trump:

The GOP stopped being a political party around 2001. It just gets worse and worse. And honestly, they probably love having Trump as cover to get these radicals on the Cabinet. The fact that 96% of GOP senators voted for her, while 0% of Dem or Independent senators did proves that Trump is only the minor symptom of the far greater problem, which is the GOP as a whole.

That would put KellyAnne Conway out of work.We should have put her in charge of the Department of Unrealistic Expectations.

I think it is actually bigger than the GOP.
Betsy is a billionaire in no small part thanks to Amway.
What is Amway?
A company that made billions fleecing people off the false premise (or is it promise?) that having your own business/being your own boss/being an entrepreneur is the only legitimate way to live the American Dream. Of course, if you're selling Amway (or any other multi-level marketing products) you're not really an "independent business owner" at all, but merely another cog in a very questionable machine.
Ironically, part of the sales pitch is that if you sign up with them, you'll finally be able to quit your job and "work for yourself." And if you haven't been taught critical thinking skills, you just might fall for it. The Devos family is very rich, after all. Rich off the idea that having a job is for suckers, and that if you just hand your money over to this nice lady selling soap, you can quit your job that you went to school for and spend the rest of your days windsurfing off of your beach house.
We should have put her in charge of the Department of Unrealistic Expectations.
