In other words, despite the fact that published hysteria continues to make its way into established media (like David Filipov’s recent “article” in the Boston Globe), the Satanic “black mass,” with all of its evil conjurings and alleged Eucharistic desecrations, is a modern fabrication from a Christian mind that for centuries has been found guilty of falsely accusing others of ritualistic evil conspiracy (think of the witch-hunts throughout early modern Europe and America).

Intolerance that comes from the belief that hand waving, phrase chanting and genuflexions create magic and enchant the deity into bestowing the participants invisible powers.

People frequently feel danger in being near people with psychiatric delusions, as much as they should be wary about the psychologically contagious delusions they have grown to be comfortable with. Intolerance creates harm and is produced by unverifiable ideas. The same sort they take pride in believing.

Of course this raises the possibility of a reverse exorcism

It seems to me that if we as a nation are going to make the religious ceremonies of certain religions illegal on the basis of regarding certain religions as inherently evil, the Catholic church has killed and tortured far more people throughout history than the Satanists ever have.

I therefore suggest that, based on the Catholics' own arguments, that we make Catholic mass illegal and allow the black mass to happen.
