Clarence Thomas Gets his Wish

I noticed yesterday that the 5-4 conservative majority on the SCOTUS was and is being referred to by pundits (in the plural) as "five white men." Clarence Thomas has finally gotten his wish. He is now officially white.

I have to admit, I was interviewing for a job the other day and was asked about working with a diverse population and I thought to myself, "we are all white in the office" despite the fact that the office is very multicultural. I seem to forget that race is not = "the other".

IIRC, I also referred to them as "5 white men" though I think I also included "old" which is also not entirely true. Justice John Roberts is only 57.

OK, I can admit when I am wrong. They aren't "5 old white guys". They are actually "5 conservative assholes"
