1) Why do you believe him?? He's barely even a stopped clock. Even when he is "right" he gets it wrong. I'm thinking of the crash in Washington (not a DEI in the tower, but a military pilot who wasn't where they should be) and the recent runway excursion where he's blaming the "DEI" copilot when what the copilot was saying was right but the white male fuckup in the pilot's seat wasn't listening.

2) There's no way it's about CO2. If the savings were real they would be from crud going up the smokestacks. The return of killer smog.

I ridiculed this before because the numbers did not make sense. Now I find it's the reporting that doesn't make sense--the actual number is $370 million. Not billion.

In other words, a buck per person.
