It's just the market.
I mean, I don't ask for emails or commercials for natural male enhancement I don't need, cars I can't afford, kitchen aids I won't use, or beauty products for entirely different demographics. But though companies know this, it's worth their time to throw out a few million cheap lures in the hopes that only a tiny percentage get hooked.
And, you know, truth in advertising.
