I admit I'm biased, but I think Derren Brown is the best educator in the world on the topic of how we humans operate. He explains and brilliantly demonstrates the cognitive tricks our brains play on all of us. I don't know how anyone could come away from one of his shows without at least some skepticism regarding one's own perceptions.
As a bonus, Derren likes to include in his shows some critical thinking instruction as well as a good debunking or two of fraudulent claims regarding health, psychic ability, etc. In Infamous, he explains homeopathy, wishful thinking, "extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence," psychic mediums, and more.
