Hardly. It's a well trodden ground as we have discussed this before in the old forum. Basically, people have not disputed neither of the two points you object to but tend to defend viewing all drunken sex as rape and denying those accused of rape in college setting due process rights.

It wasn't superfluous. I an not attracted to fat women sexually. I did something, sleep with a fat girl, that I regretted. Some guys love fat girls and more power to them. Is it not politically correct for me to chose my own sexual preferences? Should I have an affirmative action program for sleeping with a certain percentage of fat girls?
It's an over-used term made to dramatacize a dynamic that's inherent in society.

I'm sure. The point was that rape is going to happen, and inevitably some people are going to side with the rapist. To call it rape culture and assume we can magically create a 100% socially progressive society is a bit.. deluded.
