Is it just to drive a wedge into NATO?

It's because they believe a Trump presidency would basically remove the United States as an obstacle to their regional ambitions for at least the duration of his term, and possibly MUCH longer. They see him as stupid and incompetent, easy to manipulate, prone to self-glorifying fantasies and reactionary, knee-jerk reactions to complex issues. They see Hilary as being too hawkish and too militaristic to let them get away with much and believe she will adopt a hard-line policy that could potentially lead to war.
It's the same kind of thing that happens in the United States: when a moderate reformer runs for office in, say, Iran or Palestine, we all start crossing our fingers hoping he wins, because that means those countries will probably stop doing threatening things that fuck it up for everyone else. In Russia, they feel the same way about Trump: if he wins, it will pretty much be the end of the United States as an effective world power and we'll never be a serious threat to them again.
This is, OTOH, basically unrelated to Wikileaks and the email hacks, which have almost nothing to do with Russia and everything to do with a lot of people not liking Hilary Clinton. Russia is doing all kinds of things to help Trump get elected, but releasing relatively innocuous emails everyone already saw eight months ago and goading cable news to pretend like they're actually relevant isn't one of them.
