Et tu Cuomo?

And how does any of this even remotely justify reversing the burden of proof in rape cases?
Instead of answering the question, you shift the goal posts. Which leads one to conclude your evasion is a tacit admission that you realize your comparison was horseshit. Now, to answer your question, I did not say it did justify reversing the burden of proof in criminal rape cases.

Quite the opposite. I am arguing the legal goalposts should not be shifted just because we are talking about sexual assault.

Since both are alleged crimes the comparison was legit.

So what was the point of saying how much a woman's fee-fees are hurt by having to actually present evidence?

My initial response was to this comment of yours: "If I accused you of stealing my wallet months ago first question would be why did I wait that long. But a woman who waits that long to accuse somebody of rape is given a pass." That has nothing to do with shifting legal goal posts or presenting evidence.

I have no idea what a "fee-fee" is nor did I write anything about whether a woman had to present evidence. Try reading the post to which you respond - it may help that your response is remotely relevant.

Also, why should the onus always be on the man. Should a female be expelled also if the consent given by a man wasn't enthusiastic or unambiguous enough?

Yes!

Remember Charlie and Ben? I've linked to their stories at least 5 times now. I've been using their experiences as examples of non-consensual sex where the victim is male and the perpetrator is female. But still this same question keeps cropping up.

So how about a show of hands. Who here thinks Charlie and Ben weren't raped?
