Hunter Biden goes off beautifully on the David Axelrod/Rahm Emanuel strategy of appealing to Trump voters by sharing their concerns.

Edit: unable to share clips on here. The relevant spot is at 1:11:20 and goes for about a minute.

Surely someone more reliable or plausible could be found to appeal to Trump voters by sharing their concerns that Hunter Biden?

Plus try to get all those fools who did not vote last time to vote next time might help.

Hunter is not the messenger to do it, but he is right about the tactics.

I found it infuriating. Both the crackhead and the interviewer were 100% pushing illegal migration. The crackhead said that white Americans are 45x more likely to commit crimes than illegals, and the interviewer said that anybody who comes to the US illegally through the southern border should automatically get citizenship.

As to the strategy, it's bullshit. Trump addressed some real concerns people are having. He was the wrong answer, of course, as he is making things worse. That does not mean that the concerns of much of the electorate should be ignored, mocked etc.
One of the reasons Trump won reelection was the border. The Democratic Party wed itself to the idea of supporting illegals - overly generous asylum policies that encourage wholesale migration, sanctuary city polices, etc. It was like that during the debates for the 2020 election too, with most of the candidates pushing more permissive policies toward mass illegal migration. I think that had it not been for COVID19, and Trump's mismanagement thereof, that he would have cruised to reelection in 2020.

First of all, why does the crackhead ramble on for over 3 hours? What is he talking about, other than his full-throated support for mass illegal migration?
Second, you can post videos already "fast forwarded" to a particular time stamp. Like this:

No. They should have been educated. Now we're all gonna find out the hard way. And why? Because the politician's only concern is keeping their happy ass in office so they appease the ignorant masses they call constituents.

Honestly, actually seeing Hunter Biden talk, and for that matter talk about *his drug problems*, it's something that can powerfully disarm the GOP messaging about him.

Unfortunately more likely it will just reinforce in many people's minds what a sorry case he is/was.
Whilst I am in favour of 2nd chances and having reformed druggies, winos talk about their journey (is he actually reformed?) is always worth a try I do not think it would be particularly effective in this case

Whether or not the concerns of the electorate should be take seriously, ignored, or mocked depends on the concerns. There are legitimate concerns over immigration, and there are concerns that are based on ignorance, and concerns based on racism and bigotry. The legitimate ones should be debated and rational solutions proposed. The ones based on ignorance should first be addressed through education. The last set should be ignored and possibly mocked.

Trump, as you admit, made things worse.

Regardless anyone's ideology or position on immigration.

Has anyone noticed how our government manages a fantastic job creating these huge problems (letting all these immigrants through the border in the first place). Only then to fix that problem by curtailing more of our basic freedom such as the ridiculous Big Beautiful Bill funding of ICE agents and prisons. Our uni-parties have previously managed to give us all Homeland Security and TSA. Im wondering how long it will be for everyone living under the specter having to "carry our papers" just not to be hauled off by ICE agents.

I blame the Biden administration even more than Trump. He wouldn't have been elected or need to have been elected if our government wouldn't have let us down so horribly in the first place.

Of course you do - all the while voting for the worse alternatives.

Can you explain what, in your opinion, are the problems caused by illegal immigration?

Are we witnessing the start of the Left getting Hunterpilled?

Biden/AOC 2028?

Can you explain what, in your opinion, are the problems caused by illegal immigration?
There are many problems.
First the way these people just cross the border instead of applying for immigrant visas means that they cannot be vetted for things like criminal records or radicalism. There also cannot be any selection for education, speaking English or having skills our economy needs. A lot of people want to come to the US. We can cover all our immigrant needs by being selective, instead of just letting people come across the border haphazardly.
Second, every time you have a mass influx of people, that causes problems. More people need more housing etc. The housing affordability crisis is driven in part with large influx of migrants, especially into large urban centers. Then, if you have a lot of people used to working in harsh conditions and low wages, that depresses wages and conditions for homegrown workers. That's why even somebody like old-school leftist Bernie Sanders was critical of mass migration before he embraced the modern, identity-politics leftism.
Lastly, there is culture. Illegal migrants, refugees/asylum seekers (often bogus) and "diversity lottery" visa holders tend to be from third world countries with cultures very different from western culture. On an individual level, there are big differences in how willing people are to integrate, which is why vetting is important, and you can't vet when people just cross the border illegally. But also here numbers matter. Small numbers of people from can be integrated, but that is virtually impossible when millions come every year.
So people feel increasingly alienated and feel like strangers in their own land. Towns like Hamtramck or Dearborn are already lost to Islamization. Europe, of course, is even further along in that process. Take for example Berlin, the capital of Germany.
