We've had a bit of rain here, due to the La Niña in the Pacific Ocean, with the expectation of above average rainfall throughout the summer.

These two photos were taken 24-hours apart from the same camera at Texas-Yelarbon Road at Booba Sands on the Macintyre Brook.

The Transport and Main Roads camera sits 6.1 metres above the road!

"Please look after yourself and your family this Summer and don’t put our rescue workers at risk. When you're faced with floodwater, the smartest and bravest thing you can do is back it up," Transport and Main Roads said in a tweet.

We sure aren't getting much snow in the NW yet. Depressing. It appears that it's coming. It's been much warmer than normal lately.
