False racist attack allegations are the new false rape allegations

Gee. If only science could demonstrate humans was constituted as races then all this one drop 'argument' and 'proof' would be meaningful. Fortunately science has shown humans are not constituted as races and all this blather about race is just that. Now only if our legal system could catch up .......

For those who actually know something self evidence is not. Unfortunately laws are based on such garbage as that.

Know a lot of Native Americans, do you?
Depends on your definition.
Using one (born in the US) I know many.
Using the currently PC definition (i.e. people called Amerindians by anthropologists) I do not think I ever met any "full blooded" Amerindians although I know many Latin Americans, many of whom have Amerindian heritage.
I also know people around here who claim (how accurately I do not know) minor Cherokee heritage.

I wasn't aware that anyone or anything imbued you with the power to simply determine how peoples were named. I don't give a shit how white your skin is. You have no such power or authority.

In the United States, Native Americans are considered to be people whose pre-Columbian ancestors were indigenous to the lands within the nation's modern boundaries. These peoples were composed of numerous distinct tribes, bands, and ethnic groups, and many of these groups survive intact today as sovereign nations.

The terms Native Americans use to refer to themselves vary regionally and generationally, with many older Native Americans self-identifying as "Indians" or "American Indians", while younger Native Americans often identify as "Indigenous" or "Aboriginal." Which terms should be used to refer to Native Americans has at times been controversial. The term "Native American" has been adopted by major newspapers and some academic groups, but has not traditionally included Native Hawaiians or certain Alaskan Natives, such as Aleut, Yup'ik, or Inuit peoples. Indigenous American peoples from Canada are known as First Nations.

The indigenous peoples of the Americas are the descendants of the pre-Columbian inhabitants of the Americas. Pueblos indígenas (indigenous peoples) is a common term in Spanish-speaking countries. Aborigen (aboriginal/native) is used in Argentina, whereas "Amerindian" is used in Quebec, The Guianas, and the English-speaking Caribbean.[21][22][23][24] Indigenous peoples are commonly known in Canada as Aboriginal peoples, which include First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.[25] Indigenous peoples of the United States are commonly known as Native Americans or American Indians, and Alaska Natives.

I had no idea you were Quebecois or an anthropologist.

As shocking an idea as this might be to you, Native American people do not all look the same, do not all speak the same languages, practice the same cultural or religious traditions, share the same heritages or facial features. It is not always possible to 'tell' by looking if someone is even half Native American.

You seem assign Zimmerman 'more "Amerindian" features"' because he has dark hair and dark skin.
