Here's a good thread showing proof of the curve of the Earth exactly as flat Earth nuts demand. Of course they don't accept even this evidence, but it is what they ask for.

I dunno if you've talked to platygaeanists before or read the above thread, but there's no evidence that can't hand-wave away. As with creationists, climate deniers, etc., it only matters to them that they have an answer. It doesn't actually matter if the answer they have ais a good answer.
