The main reason behind the gay orientation of some men is that they are possessed by female ghosts. It is the female ghost in them that is attracted to other men. Conversely the attraction to females experienced by some lesbians is due to the presence of male ghosts in them. The ghost’s consciousness overpowers the person’s normal behaviour to produce the homosexual attraction. Spiritual research has shown that the cause for homosexual preferences lie predominantly in the spiritual realm.

Physical causes (5%): Due to hormonal changes.
Psychological causes (10%): Having an experience with a person of the same sex as a teenager or young adult that was pleasurable and therefore wanting to experience it again.
Spiritual causes (85%): Mainly ghosts.

You're assuming that when a possessed person dies their (newly formed) ghost is not continued to be influenced or possessed by the original ghost... are you sure that is how it works?

I'm also not sure if the site is claiming that ALL homosexuality comes from possession... maybe just some under these influences become gay...

At a glance that website reads like a Dungeons & Dragons manual. It's complete with tables of negative effects and remedies, Saints per Spiritual Level and Distress vs. Vital energy among others. It's even got ghost energy expenditure values for different effects,

The ghosts have to expend just 5% of their energy to scare a person by showing him skulls, frightening images, etc.

What I don't see is their typical armor class and hit dice. I figure those tables must be in there somewhere so I'll keep digging.

That is well documented in the AD&D manuals... the 5% of their energy thing is a misread of how Horrifying Visage works, I think...

ACTIONS:

Withering Touch. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (4d6 + 3) necrotic damage.

Etherealness. The ghost enters the Ethereal Plane from the Material Plane, or vice versa. It is visible on the Material Plane while it is in the Border Ethereal, and vice versa, yet it can't affect or be affected by anything on the other plane.

Horrifying Visage. Each non-undead creature within 60 feet of the ghost that can see it must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. If the save fails by 5 or more, the target also ages 1d4 x 10 years. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the frightened condition on itself on a success. If a target's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the target is immune to this ghost's Horrifying Visage for the next 24 hours. The aging effect can be reversed with a greater restoration spell, but only within 24 hours of it occurring.

Possession (Recharge 6). One humanoid that the ghost can see within 5 feet of it must succeed on a DC 13 Charisma saving throw or be possessed by the ghost; the ghost then disappears, and the target is incapacitated and loses control of its body. The ghost now controls the body but doesn't deprive the target of awareness. The ghost can't be targeted by any attack, spell, or other effect, except ones that turn undead, and it retains its alignment, Intelligence, Wisdom, Charisma, and immunity to being charmed and frightened. It otherwise uses the possessed target's statistics, but doesn't gain access to the target's knowledge, class features, or proficiencies. The possession lasts until the body drops to 0 hit points, the ghost ends it as a bonus action, or the ghost is turned or forced out by an effect like the dispel evil and good spell. When the possession ends, the ghost reappears in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the body. The target is immune to this ghost's Possession for 24 hours after succeeding on the saving throw or after the possession ends.

Theres a huge array of clinically-tested professional therapy available for people with unwanted sexual behaviours. Low libido, porn addiction, hypersexuality, abnormal fetishes, homosexual tendencies. (Scratch that last one. Everyone knows that is the only type of sexual behaviour that's impossible to control.)

But why not add spiritually motivated same-sex attraction? At least that gets around the biological born-that-way presumptions and makes the idea of 'reparative therapy' less inflammatory.

Well, it's not that homosexuality is impossible to control, it's that it's something which doesn't actually need controlling. It doesn't cause harm to anyone, so it's like getting electroshock therapy to stop someone from eating oranges. It could probably be done, but there'd be a high failure rate and would cause a whole lot of trouble for a really pointless goal.

I don't see why adding therapy for spiritually motivated homosexuality would be much different. If you're going to steal money from stupid people, it's not like you have a rationale for making a lower limit to your immoral chicanery.

I'm not aware of effective treatment for any of the things on your list.

The right claims to have treatments for sex they don't approve of--but they tend to make a screwed-up patient rather than a fixed patient.
