I know that a charge of racism is an attack that really needs no merit, and to ask for a single explicit example can only be met with unrelated detraction, so in anyone's own words, other than him being white, male, rich, winning, and no deeply seated liberal ideologies, what makes you think he's racist? He probably has a dismal view and remains careful to keep that under raps, but beyond the no-brainer inner-attitudes he likely has, is the rush to label him racist really all that accurate?

No one in this thread labelled Trump as racist. They are saying that he is pandering to racists. That does not make him a racist.

His rant about Mexican illegal immigrants being rapists etc surely is pretty racist. Especially as experts pointed out his comments are simply false. He never apologized or corrected himself. Called on it, he doubled down and repeated himself.

I'll say it. He's a racist pig. Using racism to your advantage is racism writ bold and ugly. Those that vote for him are racist as well. The best case scenario for a Trump voter is someone who'll look the other way on racism, which is not a positive character trait to possess.

As to his racist remarks?

There is no doubt his remarks are racist. And I don't know which is worse - that Trump is a racist or that Trump is willing to use racist remarks to pander to racists. I do know that neither is a positive character trait.
