Bullshit. Shortage of labour is a result of de-industrialization which had been going on in Russia until recently.
Labor market is heavily skewed toward useless service industry.

Damage inside and outside the plane indicated that Russian air defence active in Grozny may have caused the crash.

American idiots shoot down passenger aircrafts too.
In this particular case pilots appears were not aware that they were shot.
They reported bird strike and the aircraft appeared to be under control until much later.
The question is, why they were not diverted immediately once the ukro-terrorist attack was detected.

Their navigation was jammed before they were shot. They couldn’t land at the planned airport without instruments because of bad visibility and low ceilings. They requested to divert to an airport that was in VFR condition and were refused. They were shot while they were climbing again to return to the origin airport. They didn’t know they were shot until all their hydraulics failed and locked their control surfaces. That left them controlling the plane entirely with engine thrust which is damned hard and almost impossible to land.
