How should west respond to Russian invasion of Ukraine?

Citing NATO officials, Bloomberg reports Russian casualties have hit 50,000 for the month of September.
I've been watching these daily totals, October's numbers should be just be just as high.

Today, Ukraine hit another Russian data center. A big one. And not just any data center. No. This one ran Russia's AI model, AbhorrenceGPT or something like that. By their own admission, Russia lags the US and China by nine months. Good work Ukraine. The world can definitely do without Russian evil AI.

Citing NATO officials,
These fuckers have no option but to lie.
NATO officials can well tell the truth. The Russians who have to brief Putsolini - they have to lie.
they can't, they promised quick victory over Russia in 2022.

What fuck are you saying here? In 2022, your side invaded Ukraine expecting a quick victory. You got your ass kicked. Retreated. Rejoined in the dumbass. Then you doubled down. In about 5 years, you've stolen around 20% of the country. Congratulations. Not an inch of Russia has been taken. Who the fuck is going to invade Russia with your nuclear bombs?

Nope
Retreated. Rejoined in the dumbass. Then you doubled down. In about 5 years, you've stolen around 20% of the country. Congratulations. Not an inch of Russia has been taken. Who the fuck is going to invade Russia with your nuclear bombs?
Using proxies obviously.

they can't, they promised quick victory over Russia in 2022.
They did not. Actually, many of them expected Ukraine collapse quickly. The valor of the Ukrainians and the poor performance of Russian armed forces came as somewhat as a surprise.

As for the FSB and SVR, who promised that the Ukrainians would welcome their brotherly liberators, how did that promise turn out?

Seeing reports that Ukrainian cruise missiles have destroyed 6 Russian airforce Su-34 fighter-bomber at Borisoglebsk Airbase overnight.
If it's confirmed it would be one of the heaviest single-strike losses of this aircraft type Russia has suffered in the war.

they can't, they promised quick victory over Russia in 2022.
They did not.
They absolutely did.
Actually, many of them expected Ukraine collapse quickly.
They were misinformed about actual size of russian "invasion" force
The valor of the Ukrainians and the poor performance of Russian armed forces came as somewhat as a surprise.
Not performance, the size of the force which were engaged in "invasion"
As for the FSB and SVR, who promised that the Ukrainians would welcome their brotherly liberators, how did that promise turn out?
You are busted.
You clearly more informed about things than pretend to be. You are a liar.

Things may not go as planned but things always went as planned
I never denied that things did not go according to our plans.
It it is you who deny that you even had plans.
When in reality you had a plan and it failed catastrophically. And now you have a bunch of EU guys with pants downs who don't know what to do except repeating that everything is fine. No, it's not fine, you are fucked.

They absolutely did.
Remember how in the very first day the US offered to lift Zelensky to family, and his response "I need ammo, not a ride"? To offer a sanctuary is not an action of somebody who expects the other side to collapse quickly. Similarly, the early arms shipments were geared towards creating a resistance movement in Ukraine capable of asymmetric warfare against an occupier, not conventional war against conventional armies. It was only once it became apparent that Ukraine would not collapse that the focus shifted to heavier weapons. Again, clearly not anticipating a quick victory.
It was not military experts, but economists -civilian academics, not NATO officials - who expected the Russian economy to collapse quickly. They, obviously, were wrong.
Actually, many of them expected Ukraine collapse quickly.
They were misinformed about actual size of russian "invasion" force
Before the invasion, there were comments about how the Russian army was smaller but better trained that the Soviet army was. After the invasion it became apparent that the training levels were clearly worse.
I recall one enthusiastic Russian commenter saying "just wait for the desants entering the fray. In fact, they did enter on day one and were decimated.

Ironically, that the idea of "special military operation" instead a war was not just propaganda - it was what the Russians were led by their intelligence services to expect to happen - a quick shock-and awe campaign, real fighting over in a few days, complete control of the country in two weeks and the troops home after six months. The Russian intelligence services expected the Ukrainians to welcome the Russian troops or at the very least be unwilling to fight back.
It seems absurd now, but I recall an incident during the early days, when a Russian patrol ran out of fuel and sought out an Ukrainian police station, fully expecting to get help. Even the troops were told that they were liberating friendly population from a small and unpopular clique. It turned out that the Ukrainians stood behind Zelensky and fought with determination to defend their independence and freedom.
