Well not the only thing, anyway.

What a crazy fearful train of thoughts there. Who give a shit what color my skin is, or the skin of my children or grandchildren? Mine changes 4 times a year anyway. What a terrified little mindset that thinks A) the gene expression of 200 million people will "die out" and B) that it would change my grandchildren to have a different skin color than me.

What needs to happen is that laws need to change to allow for express deportation of illegals. Why should we keep them in country for months or years, whether in custody or in 'the wild'?

We already have a problem with ICE deporting citizens. You want to make it worse?

Is it any wonder people keep dying in custody?

Personally, I'd like to see a law that detention facilities of all types except prisoner of war camps can not operate at an overload for more than 24 hours. If someone comes in that overloads them they have 24 hours to transfer or release someone. To fail to do so brings charges against those in charge.

Why is ICE responsible for the mother's poor decisions? Do we just assume that Central Americans are incapable of taking personal responsibility for their own actions?

What poor decisions? I don't see any decisions she made here. It's ICE that took the baby's clothes and provided no replacements. It's ICE that obviously didn't provide any medical evaluation.
