And men, really do violently hate women, especially the women they pretend to love. Do you really need me to trot out the stats showing how much more often men specifically target women for violence versus how often women target men?
And while men mostly engage in violence against other men, the vast majority of those are in the context of the other male either being a perceived threat or in the context of committing other crimes. In contrast, the widespread violence against women in mostly due the victim being targeted as a women who poses no threat, and with the beating and/or raping of the women being the sole purpose of the encounter. IOW, the violence against women is fueled by gender targeting hatred, while the male violence against men in fueled by other motives not specific to the victims gender.
Not to mention the violently misogynist religions that dominate the world (Christainity, Judasim, and Islam) were all created and violently promoted almost entirely by males.
And all the customs that promote the domestic violence your study focusses on were mostly created and violently enforced by male authorities. All the results of your study show is that after centuries of being beaten and killed into submission and for not abiding by these male created rules, today's women are more likely to say they endorse these customs than men, who won't get beaten for saying they disagree with the customs.
Yes, there is some degree of likely natural infighting, jealousy, and politically motivated scapegoating of women by other women.
But, if you think that most women would freely endorse the ideas that they themselves deserve to be beaten and killed if they engage in the same acts their husbands can engage in whenever they want, then you know nothing about human beings. Their endorsement of these customs is very clearly the result of centuries of violent coercion by males.
