That site says it will be available this fall. I just wonder what year that is meant to be? There is nothing that indicates a year. It could have been written years ago.

Edit. This does have a date http://www.telegraph.co.uk/foodandd...-Palcohol-powdered-alcohol-is-on-the-way.html and it is only a few days old. So wait a few months and people will be drinking in places where they should not be drinking.
