They dissolved the whole production house because one of its partners was accused of sexual assault? The other three just couldn't go on without him or what?

The name was tarnished, so they abandoned it. They would come up with a new one for the production house minus that person. It would take some time before he can be active again. It only takes a click of fingers to start a production house in Mumbai. Few succeed, most fall by. It happened to other people also in earlier times. One who is mentioned now is a former journalist and presently a junior minister in the Indian cabinet.
