The truly amazing thing is that they have done all of these things by lowering taxes on the rich while raising them on everyone else, and by deregulating the financial sector allowing it to innovate, producing products like AAA rated securitized mortgage financial instruments of subprime mortgages and CDSs, credit default swaps, that proved their degree of effectiveness in 2008, considerably worse than none.
