Anyway, I think very few of these "protestors" are NOT citizens of the USA. (Although I expect a large number of naturalized US citizens in the mix) One of the "protestors" arrested was in the USA illegally. I think it unlikely people in the USA illegally will be participating in these "protests". If they are smart, they will be keeping their head down and staying far away from this nonsense. It does not help their cause.

Any statement to that effect is going to be played in the corporate media as a full throated endorsement of illegals. It doesn't matter what the Democrats say. If it isn't endorsing the GOP Jackboots it is treason. No matter if there are 1,000,000 peaceful protestors and a dozen guys throwing shit off an overpass, Derec/Swiz/Vonse et al. will post that image over and over and over and over to demonstrate that the Democrats are supporting bad guys. They will do anything to justify their support of the GOP arresting dissappearing imprisoning people irrespective of status and to vilify those of us that oppose the GOP on this and the many other matters such as RFK's new advisory board...

They have to do something. Anything that might approach effectiveness. The Dems have done nothing in nearly a decade except be the Not Trump Party. They're rudderless and haven't adapted to the appalling but undeniable new norms. They're going to play-by-the-rules our nation into whatever the American version of the gulags will look like.

My realtor was just here. Homes on the market have already taken a hit due to this bullshit.

That me? It's TSwizzle. Well, the Dems do support the bad guy. The Dems are the ones that declare and set up "Sanctuary Cities" and refuse to cooperate with ICE when they have actual bad guys. And there are a lot more than a dozen guys causing damage.
 
You should go into LA and get us some video or maybe make a nod toward acknowledging that the GOP is mostly letting real bad guys go while sending a bunch of Proud Boys after workers without concern for actual legal status.
 
I must say this conversation has taken a disgusting if predictable turn.

On the one hand we have an Administration which has set itself the quota of arresting 3000 immigrants per day, and will do this mostly in "Blue" states to minimize the economic cost to Trump supporters. The chief law enforcement officers of the USA have said that deciding which laws to enforce and how to enforce them are "not in my lane." This swerve to fascism should have ALL Americans in tears, even MAGATs and Derekkkists.

On the other hand, as hundreds of aliens were being rounded up, perhaps to be sent off to the El Salvador torture camp, the 15 year-old Jorge Garcia threw a brick at a cop who was chasing him with a baton and taser. And so did, allegedly, Jorge's older cousin Juan. Guess where the fascists and the fascist enablers want to focus attention.

In confrontations like this, it is normal that a few hot-tempered teenagers will get intoxicated by the mood. Who could forget Paul Revere's young nephew Oliver who threw a soaking bag of tea at a constable's feet during the Boston Tea Party? Or Zerror ben Becorath trying to set an Egyptian war chariot on fire during the 9th century BC sacking of Jerusalem?

Everybody. Everybody's forgotten those irrelevant incidents. Yet here Derek and other Trump-lickers go again, seeking to deflect attention from the fascist assault on American values.

That's if the alleged brick-throwing is even real. The Derekkkists and other MAGATs are not above using photo-shop, decade-old photos, or whatever to push their lying agenda. There are probably MAGAts in the crowd pretending to be patriotic humans but all the while looking for an opportunity to stage a "false flag" incident.

And, as we see right here in this thread, the fascism supporters lap it up!

Instead of receiving an update on their immigration status, the boy and his father were detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). After a short separation, the next day, they were transferred to an immigration facility in Texas with plans to deport them to Honduras.

Among the thousands of immigrants arrested by ICE in L.A., who had legal status -- (indeed many were arrested when they went to an immigration hearing as ordered to affirm their temporary legal status) -- as well as actual U.S. citizens caught in the dragnet because of their skin color, or because they had a "Mexican" surname, Mr. Swizzle is able to identify TWO (2) of the immigrants who actually were in the country without legal status.

Not one, but TWO. Admittedly, one of the TWO illegal immigrants arrested, with support from 4800 federalized troops, was only nine years old, but narco-terrorists can start their Islamo-communistic mischief at a young age.

Real estate was already taking a hit, primarily due to Trump and the uncertainty that his policies are causing. My home in Georgia, although in a great neighborhood, totally updated, newly painted etc. and professionally appraised, has been on the market for over a month and only two people have seen it. This morning, I heard on the news that the real estate market is taking a hit due to the uncertainty that I already mentioned. Plus a lot of people think interest rates will go back to the extremely low rates they were a couple of years ago. So, this is happening all over the country regardless if their are protests or not. There were no protests near where I lived in Georgia, and just a few in ATL, an hour away from me.

And, btw, I just read a bunch of articles about how the Dems are responding to this shit going on. They are outraged. In fact, a few Republicans are finally starting to criticize what ICE is doing and how Padilla was mishandled by law enforcement for simply for trying to ask Noem a question. Of course, Little Mikey is defending what happened and claiming that socialists are behind these protests. What a fucking little idiot we have as speaker.

Even the idiot Trump said today that ICE has gone too far when they go to farms and remove workers. I guess farmers have been complaining that the US won't have enough food and that grocery prices will sky rocket if he doesn't stop removing the only people willing and able to do that type of work.

This shit is due to Trump and his crazy cabinet.
