Anyone watch the entire speech?
Don't want to poison the well but he didn't look well or sound good to me, though he said the right things.
Don't know if that was intentional, but I suspect he would have made a better SCOTUS Justice than an AG.

The speech makes me think that after Disney retired Captain America they should have given his outfit & shield to Captain Obvious. Can't believe he had to waste time saying stuff any living creature emitting signs of intelligence knows already.

I guess that's part of it. Stating the obvious from a position of authority is sadly required.
But to be really effective, ya gotta put it on. His delivery would be more appropriate for reading a legal opinion than for making public promises of retribution for the guilty. The glib confidence and bravado of a Bill Barr is missing.
Come to think of it, really bad orators seem to be a pattern in this administration.
