Ok, I see what you're saying--doesn't make it right.
Obviously, you're saying I'm using "teacher" as word for women I disagree with.
Gender isn't the issue here at all, if anything the worst offenders I've encountered were male.
What I'm objecting to is the amount of time "teachers" spend as "lecturers". I'm saying that time should be basically zero. Read the book, watch videos of someone lecturing on the subject. Use human time for questions and the like.
