So they are charged with manslaughter and have agreed to take their remaining children to a doctor if they are sick. And they're supposedly being monitored.
Religion and mental illness are the same thing in this case.
Wait, they're charged with killing one of their kids and they get to keep the other kids? If this judge charges a bank manager for stealing from customer accounts, does he make him promise to try really, really hard to not do it again when he goes back to work the next day?
Sadly, we have quite a few states that make special exceptions for religious lunatics...oh correct that...for Christian religious lunatics. Because we all know just how precious children are...well until after they are born.
