KM.Ru is the same site that claimed the UN accused Ukraine's government of various crimes, human rights violations and hatemongering; when in reality the UN report supposed to have made these claims made no such accusations.

If you're going to claim you have documentation and that said documentation is NOT Russian propaganda; you REALLY shouldn't use a website that's been proven of spreading Russian propaganda in the past.

Thanks. Seems legit, though of course the sums and whether Nuland personally was involved is a matter of conjecture.

The article proves I was right... if true, US offered money to disarm the Right Sector, and it was an offer made after the coup anyway so it doesn't really show any money being funneled to right sector or other extremists prior to it.
